WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual Chronometer Bubble Back retailed by Philippe Beguin of Genève, ref 3767, circa 1940, 29mm x 36mm to lug tips, 15mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case, expandable vintage bracelet, original silvered dial with luminous painted Arabic numeral indices, 18J, s#161427, triple signed.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, light oxide to steelwork, light toning and wear to plates and rotor; fine-plus dial with ample surface spotting; fine-plus blued steel radium hands with light toning and loss of most of their original luminous material; unpolished case shows light wear, ample pitting to case back and between the lugs, numerous small dings on the lugs, bezel and sides; original Rolex signed crown shows little wear, half turn left on threads; good plastic crystal.
